Exceptional Craftsmanship

Thomas Keller, Beeple, and Michel Rolland Unite for a One-of-a-Kind Wine Experience

As part of Domus Artium Reserve, chef Thomas Keller teamed up with renowned winemaker Michel Rolland and digital artist Beeple to create Tous Les Jours 621, a Bordeaux Right-Bank wine. Beeple’s front label artwork mirrors the aging process by using 621 images from his Everydays Series, representing each day from barrel aging to bottling.

This collaboration merges Rolland’s expertise, Chef Keller’s culinary vision and Beeple’s art, creating a wine that embodies craftsmanship and creativity.

The Wine

Tous Les Jours 621 by Domus Artium Reserve marks the first collaboration between Chef Thomas Keller and Michel Rolland, crafted in Fronsac for The French Laundry and Per Se restaurants. The 2018 vintage Merlot benefited from perfect conditions, producing Merlot grapes with rich skins and aromatic, savory juice.

Careful vinification resulted in a wine with balanced acidity, silky tannins and exceptional aromatic qualities, reflecting Keller and Rolland’s shared vision.
