Marco Molesini
Marco Molesini runs one of the most significant enotecas in Italy and is an expert in locating and purchasing rare and older vintage wines as well. Based in Cortona in Tuscany, the Molesini family have been fixtures in the Italian wine and culinary business for the last 90 years.
Marco became a sommelier in 1999 and now devotes his efforts to the enoteca, which offers over 1,300 labels and ships thousands of cases of Italian wine worldwide. Additionally, Marco now presents important Italian wines at private tastings in the United States each year, in addition to running tours and tastings across Italy for his clients.
In conjunction with the enoteca, Marco established the School of Viticulture and Enology for the University of Georgia, which has had a Cortona campus for over forty years. He is an instructor at the school.
