The evening featured wines from estates where Michel Rolland is a principal or winemaker. These included Monteverro and Masseto in Tuscany, Arnaldo Caprai in Umbria, Chateau Fontenil in Bordeaux and wines from Michel Rolland’s unique collaboration with Robert Redford in Bordeaux.
Michel Rolland took our guests through the winemaking process at these legendary estates providing unique insight into the methodology and extraordinary blending expertise that make him one of the most sought after enologists on the planet.

The evening begin with a reception in Palazzo Tornabuoni’s beautiful club lounge and continued with a 5 course gala dinner featuring the cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Vito Mollica, the proprietor of renowned restaurant Atto Firenze and previously the executive chef of the award-winning Palagio restaurant at the Four Seasons Firenze.
